What is a discovery call?
A Discovery call is a 30 minute call where you will go over your business needs such as how many hours, what programs, and what tasks. It is basically, a call so we can get to know you.
Do hours not used roll over into the next month?
No. If you pick a service package for the month, use all the hours. You will be charged for the amount of the package. You will be notified if there are any extra hours once all the work is completed. You may add on hours for $25 per hour.
Is a Virtual Assistant an Employee?
No. A Virtual Assistant is an Independent Contractor. You will be invoiced monthly for hours worked or your package in your contract.
How do I contact my Virtual Assistant?
You can reach your Virtual Assistant either by calling during business hours, texting, or emailing. If your Virtual Assistant is busy, they will respond within 24 – 48 hours.
